Registration
Registration for new students for 2012-2013 will be held the week of February 6th, 2012.
All applicants to The Epiphany School will be admitted in the following order:
- Parishioner of Epiphany Church
- Any Roman Catholic Church in Manhattan.
- Siblings Brother or sister currently attending The Epiphany School
- Catholics Non-active parishioners.
- Non-Catholics
To be considered a parishioner, a person must be involved as an active member of their parish and support their parish financially for three years.
Registration Requirements
- Birth Certificate (original and one copy)
- Baptismal Certificate (original and one copy - if applicable)
- Copy of Annual Parish Report of Giving
- Child's Immunization records
- $50.00 non-refundable application fee
- Child Interview (Grades PK -7)
- School records(report cards, standardized test scores for students entering Grades 1-7)
Registration Schedule
Registration will take place each day at 9:00 AM in The Epiphany Parish Hall, entrance to the left of the church on 2nd Avenue between 21st and 22nd Streets.
Pre-Kindergarten:
Monday, February 6, 2012 (Birth Year 2008 - Must turn 4 by December 31, 2012)
Kindergarten:
Tuesday, February 7, 2012 (Birth Year 2007 - Must turn 5 by December 31, 2012 )
Grades 1-7:
Wednesday, February 8, 2012
Nursery:
Thursday, February 9, 2012 (Birth Year 2009 - Must turn 3 by December 31, 2012)
