School Organizations

Epiphany Family Association

The parent association is a vital part of the Epiphany School. Its main goals are to support and enhance the school's academic programs and family life. It also serves as a liaison between the parents and Principal's Office.

Every family is required to belong to the EFA, which sponsors important activities for both students and parents. Included are a monthly newsletter, and annual events such as Field Day, Photos with Santa, BINGO, and student dances.

The EFA also coordinates activities for each class's parent representatives. These representatives work with teachers and other parents, and may assist teachers if asked. More generally, they help collect activity money and coordinate parties, class masses, and class trips.

You can contact the Parent's Association Board members via e-mail, at epiphanyfamilyassociation@yahoo.com, or by dropping a note into the PA mailboxes, located in the entrances of both school campuses.

Epiphany Foundation

Established in 1999, the Epiphany School Foundation is charged with securing voluntary contributions from parents and other members of the School community who recognize the school's value and impact and wish to donate money to its success. Contributions help to underwrite needed student and faculty programs that would otherwise be impossible to implement.

Epiphany Student Council

Annually, the Epiphany School holds Student Council elections. Grades 7-8 students run for the offices of President, Vice-President, and Secretary. Grade 6 students may also run for Vice-President and Secretary only but not for President.

In addition, students in Grades 4-8 elect two class representatives to the Council, which meets monthly with Principal Hayes to discuss student issues. Officers and representatives must attend all meetings, represent their classmates' concerns, and inform their classmates of decisions and changes that the Council makes.
