Adopt•A•Family
11/27/2019The Epiphany Church Social Action Committee is sponsoring the “Adopt-A-Family for Christmas” program.
Every class at The Epiphany School is “adopting” a poor and underprivileged family from either FOX House (a woman’s shelter), STEPS (Steps to End Family Violence), Seton House or Saint Paul’s parish. Each child has been assigned the name of one member in the adopted family, as well as a suggested gift item for that person. This will avoid the duplication of gifts for him/her. The name, age, size and gift item that your child has picked was handed out at school on 11/26.
Please be sure that the gift is wrapped and CLEARLY labeled with the person’s FIRST & LAST name. The gifts are bagged, and name-tags do tend to fall off, so please write the recipient’s name directly on the gift-wrap.
All gifts should be brought in to your child’s teacher NO LATER than: Thursday, December 12th.
If your child did not bring home a gift request, please contact their homeroom teacher.
