Character Day

As a part of the Epiphany School’s month long celebration of Read Across America we held “Character Day” where everyone came to school dressed as a character from literature.

The Vice Principals ruled the day, Mrs. LaGuardia as Effie Trinket from The Hunger Games (with Mrs. Dentice, The Cat in the Hat) and Mrs. Higgins who came down with A Bad Case of Stripes! (with Ms. O’Connell, as Mama Bear from The Berenstain Bears)

Almost all of our students joined in the fun, some shared why their character was a favorite, others presented book reports of the story their character was from.

And the faculty and staff had fun dressing up.
