The online application submission for the 2025/2026 school year will open on October 1, 2024.

Founded in 1888, The Epiphany School was established to provide the highest quality education to the school-age children of The Epiphany parish. Today we educate more than 400 students – from Toddler Twos through Grade 8 – at our three nearby campuses.  The Epiphany School provides students with a well-rounded, highly competitive, and individually challenging academic experience, grounded in the value-centered Catholic tradition. General Information & Timeline

Applications for the 2025-2026 school year via our Ravenna online application portal will be accepted from October 1, 2024 to January 15, 2025.

School Tour Registration:

  • Register for your Ravenna Account and book your School Tour in Ravenna.

           

Age Requirements

  • Toddler Twos – must turn 2 by December 31st (born in 2023 for September 2025 entry; students must be 2 years old to begin school, those with September – December birthdays must wait until their 2nd birthday has passed to start school)
  • Nursery – must turn 3 by December 31st (born in 2022 for September 2025 entry)
  • Pre-Kindergarten – must turn 4 by December 31st (born in 2021 for September 2025 entry)
  • Kindergarten – must turn 5 by December 31st (born in 2020 for September 2025 entry)

Qualified applicants to The Epiphany School will be admitted in the following order:

  1. Registered & Supporting Catholic parishioners of the Church of the Epiphany (Parish Giving Reports & student’s Baptismal certificate must be submitted)
  2. Registered & Supporting Catholic parishioner of another Roman Catholic Church in New York City (Parish Giving Reports & student’s Baptismal certificate must be submitted)
  3. Siblings of current students enrolled at The Epiphany School
  4. Catholics who are not registered or actively supporting a parish (Baptismal certificate must be submitted)
  5. Non-Catholics

October–January

  • Open your Ravenna account
  • Scheduled School tours will be offered from October 2024 to January 2025.
  • Applications will open on October 1, 2024.
  • Submit your application to The Epiphany School online using Ravenna at www.ravenna-hub.com/login.
  • Request school records and teacher recommendations.
  • Applications (all parent submitted materials) are due by January 15, 2025.
  • Materials submitted by student’s current school will be accepted through January 31, 2025

January–February: When your application is complete in Ravenna you will be able to schedule an appointment for a group observation (Toddler Twos – Kindergarten) or an admissions test (Grades 1-7).

March: Admission decisions will be announced on Tuesday, March 4, 2025. If your child is accepted, a non-refundable/non-transferable deposit will be required by 5:00pm on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 to secure enrollment.
