Our Admissions Process

1  Explore Epiphany

Review our programs and decide which school division you would like to visit.

2  Attend a School Tour or Open House

Visit the Early Childhood Center, Lower School, or Upper School to see teachers and students in action.

3  Create Your FACTS Admissions Account

Create a FACTS Admissions account before beginning an application. Returning users may log in to continue.

4  Request Records and Recommendations

The applicant’s current school and teachers send requested records and recommendations directly to Epiphany. Review the FACTS application checklist for grade-specific requirements.

5  Complete and Submit the Application

Complete all required sections of the online application and submit by the published January deadline. Review the FACTS application checklist for grade-specific requirements.

Application Deadline for 2027-2028 enrollment: January 15, 2027

6  Participate in an Applicant Evaluation

Applicant evaluations generally take place in January and February. The format varies by age and grade. Early Childhood and Kindergarten applicants participate in small-group activities. Applicants in Grades 1 through 8 complete age-appropriate academic assessments based on NYS Learning Standards.

7  Receive an Admissions Decision

Admissions decisions are announced in early March. Accepted families submit a nonrefundable, nontransferable enrollment deposit by the stated mid-March deadline. The deposit is credited toward tuition.

8  Enrollment, Tuition, and Financial Aid

Additional steps required to complete enrollment including the creation of a FACTS Financial account will be shared with families upon receipt of the enrollment deposit. Financial aid applications are available to all Epiphany families in early March.
