Our Admissions Process
Create a Ravenna Account here:
- From your Ravenna account you should schedule a School Tour and begin your application process.
- Please look over our website and if you have any questions email admissions@theepiphanyschool.org
- If you have forgotten your Ravenna login information, please contact Ravenna directly help@ravennasolutions.com. Technical questions about using the Ravenna platform should be directed to customercare@ravennasolutions.
com. - Request school records and teachers recommendations; both are to be sent directly from the applicant’s current school to Epiphany.

Admissions Testing/ Group Observation
- Once your application is submitted you will be able to schedule an appointment in Ravenna for an admissions test/ group observation in January or February. Early Childhood Applicants will meet with the level teacher and other faculty members for a small group/ playdate style observation. Kindergarten applicants will work with our teachers in small groups. Applicants for Grades 1-7 will complete an admissions test created by our faculty.
