Science Fair Results Are In!

03/08/2017

The Science Fair was held on Tuesday, March 7th and our students demonstrated their curiosity about the world around them with a wide variety of thoughtful, interesting Science experiments. The creative projects were well researched and the results were presented to visiting parents as well as fellow students. The head Science teacher, Ms. Onofrio, reviewed all of the projects and prizes were awarded.

The Best Overall Project: “The Domination Sensation” was presented by 8th graders Kelly Antol, Christina Landau, and Elizabeth Pezeu.

The Best Presentation: “Where the Wild Things Grow” was presented by 7th graders James Gannon, Terence Jennings, and John Rodgers.

The Most Creative (there was a tie): “Bridge 3D” was presented by 7th grader Enrique Travers and “Poisonous Puckers” was presented by 8th graders Kaila Dunn and Amelia Magel.

The Student Favorite: “Kernal Count” was presented by 6th graders Isabella Campisi, Alana Jones, and Schuyler Tansey.

Our award winners are pictured here with Ms. Onofrio. Congratulations to all!
