Students Visit Veterans

On Thursday, November 7th, the 6th grade visited veterans at the VA with their Social Studies teacher, Ms. Katy Venizelos. Students helped lead the Pledge of Allegiance, read cards they wrote, and gave out care packages that were assembled after their Class Mass. The veterans were so happy and appreciative to see our Epiphany students.

Our 6th graders learned more about the importance of Veteran’s Day and why it is so vital to honor our troops. It was a wonderful day amongst heroes of our country.
