Hall of Science Field Trip
04/26/2025Our 5th graders recently visited the Queens Hall of Science for an exciting, hands-on field trip! Students explored the Connected Worlds exhibit, an immersive experience that taught them about the delicate balance of ecosystems and the importance of collaboration in sustaining our environment. Working together, students used gestures and physical interactions to influence digital landscapes, learning how water, plants, and animals are all interconnected. It was a fun and memorable day that brought science, technology, and teamwork to life!
The Big Bubble Experiment encourages experimentation and discovery through joyful bubble play. Activate the science behind bubbles by blowing, stretching, popping, and looking closely. The exhibition offers a variety of tools and methods for exploring bubble solution.
Connected Worlds immerses visitors in a fantastically animated world that explores how ecological systems relate and depend on one another to maintain balance and health. Visitors use their own actions, gestures, movements, and decisions to guide the flow of resources in this ever-changing environment.
