Student Council Elections
10/07/2025The Epiphany Student Council election will be held on Tuesday, November 4th.
There are three school-wide officers.
- President, must be in 7th or 8th Grade
- Vice President, must be in 6th, 7th, or 8th Grade
- Secretary, must be in 6th, 7th, or 8th Grade
And two Class Representatives from each homeroom.
On Election Day, each 4th-8th grade student will vote for their Student Council representatives.
The Epiphany School Student Council exists to provide the students with an opportunity to have their voice heard by Mrs. McHugh, Ms. Venizelos, and the Epiphany Family Association. The Student Council members meet on a monthly basis to present student needs and ideas, design projects and activities, and develop and foster a sense of community and responsibility among all members of our school community.
All members of the Student Council must be role models to all other students in their actions and deeds, by following school and classroom rules, listening to and presenting all student suggestions equally, and showing kindness and respect to all members of the school community.
Homeroom Meetings — candidates for Class Representative will present campaign speeches to their homeroom classmates.
Dates to be scheduled by each homeroom teacher.
Election Assembly – Monday, November 3rd — candidates for President, Vice President, and Secretary will present campaign speeches to the 4t*-8th grade voters
ELECTION DAY! – Tuesday, November 4th – Students will vote in the morning and the results will be announced before dismissal.
